So what is the story? Why on earth I want to share this simple and easy sewing pattern with you? Because girl never has enough mittens in her closet, and because you will enjoy in this project so much and make them for your girlfriend’s presents.

Actually I need to tell you a story how I start thinking about this gorgeous easy to make handmade mittens with a little modern twist. I think that if you will make them with your serger and use the contrasting thread you could wear them with all of your cloths. When I design them, I want to make something warm for my hands, because if I was working on computer after awhile my hands started to became a chilly, and I don’t like that, because I have a filling that I’m chilly on all my body. And sometimes, I just love to wear my favored summer turtleneck t-shirt, but the summer was over.
So I design these mittens to stay warm and funky, and I can’t say to you how I like the organic shape lines on them. And the best part is that they are made with an ordinary serger machine, and even if you don’t have a serger you could make them easily with the ordinary zigzag stitch.
I made my mittens with flees, but I will make them also with al my different jersey fabric that are not big enough for t-shirts…actually you could use a lot of different materials; you just need to pick the ones that are a little stretchy.
